My version of the Olympic motto after a boxing workout with Stevie Bell at Bell’s Gym in Altrincham.
I turned to boxing about six months ago to help look after my mental health, as well as improve my physical fitness.
I love Stevie and the team’s approach. As well as the physical aspect, they’re very open about the importance of mental heath. They support Mentell - an organisation which sets up safe spaces for men to talk freely, confidentially, and without judgement. The blue poster over my shoulder is from Mentell.
